Team GamerLegion has secured a spot in the main stage of the BLAST Bounty Winter 2026 tournament Counterattack 2. In the decisive match of phase 2 of the closed qualifiers, the European team defeated Aurora Gaming with a score of 2:1.
The series began with GamerLegion's victory at Inferno in overtime (16:13). In Dust2, the Turkish team achieved an even score, taking the map 13:10. However, in the decisive phase, Mirage GamerLegion did not leave any chance for the opponent – 13:5. The victory earned the team not only a ticket to the LAN finals, but also a cash reward of 57.5 thousand USD for their opponent's “head” as part of the Bounty mechanism.
Notably, legendary Polish e-sports athlete Janusz Snax Pogorzelski, who recently returned to the official squad, was among the winners.
GamerLegion will perform at the main stage of the championship which will be held in Malta from January 22 to 25. Aurora Gaming has completed its participation in the qualifying rounds.
