The winner of the New Year's lottery from the Sverdlovsk region began the procedure for registering a record prize in the amount of 333,333,333 rubles. Ura.ru reports this in consultation with the organizers of the draw.
According to them, on January 15, the woman personally contacted the lottery center, becoming the first of four grand prize winners who won more than 300 million rubles in the New Year's Billion draw. The company clarified that it was she who was the first of many millionaires to receive the money.
This year, for the first time in the history of the lottery, the main prize of one billion rubles was divided among three participants – residents of the Sverdlovsk, Tyumen and Novosibirsk regions. Each of them will receive more than 333 million rubles. In addition, another large prize was drawn in the draw – 100 million rubles.

During the first two weeks of January, 18 of the 102 winners who received amounts exceeding one million rubles received their winnings. Thus, about 18% of big lucky winners have received their prizes, the rest continue to contact the lottery center.
