Hytale game was released in early access, access was granted to users who pre-ordered it. The official game is not available in Russia, DTF reports.
The developers did not indicate a specific timeframe for the project to remain in early access mode, noting that they are willing to develop Hytale over a long period of time to phase in all the planned mechanics and content.
The game was distributed through its own launcher, but it encountered technical difficulties on launch day. Some users encountered problems purchasing and downloading the game, including authorization and installation errors. The studio recommends restarting the launcher and submitting reports of unstable behavior and visual errors.
With Hytale being released into early access, the development team was publicly congratulated by Riot Games, the company that previously owned the rights to the project. In November, Hypixel studio acquired the game and continued active development after a long period of stagnation.
Hytale is a role-playing computer game with sandbox elements, developed starting in 2015 by the Hypixel server authoring team for Minecraft.
Previously, an indie developer promised to remove the game because his girlfriend did not appreciate the use of AI.
