Company Ubisoft announced commemorative events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of The Division franchise.
In March 2026, owners of the Warlords of New York expansion will have access to a new game format aimed at maximum realism. The main features of this mode will be a simplified interface, a complete lack of health regeneration, limited ammunition, and slow weapon reloads. The damage system will also be reworked, making firefights more dangerous.
The event will last at least until the end of March. In addition to gameplay changes, themed cosmetic items will be added to the shooter as part of the anniversary season. Players will be able to get outfits inspired by other Ubisoft game series: Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six Siege X and Ghost Recon.
After completing the holiday events, The Division 2 will begin its eighth year of support for which the authors have approved the update release schedule. The Division was originally released in March 2016.
