The Sis Mountain Plateau, at an altitude of 2,182 meters, is one of the peaks closest to the coast in the Black Sea Region and is widely used by residents of the Şalpazarı district of Trabzon and the Eynesil district of Giresun, and the Sandık Lake Falls in the plateau, show off all the colors of autumn.
Entering November, the plateau is filled with the brilliant colors of autumn.
Offering a visual feast of green, orange and purple hues, Sandık Lake and Waterfall, fed by the stream that flows through the plateau, adds a completely different atmosphere to the plateau. Although the plateau is remembered for its dense and distorted structure, it welcomes visitors with a different beauty each season.
