This was raised by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the South American Republic Mauro Vieira, commenting on the recent statement of the White House head on the agreement to organize bilateral negotiations.
“(Negotiation) can pass by phone or in the format of video conferences, because, unfortunately, President (Lula Da Silva) is very busy, he has a very dense schedule,” he said in an interview with a TV channel CNN International.
